        Thank you for bumping this. Sharing it with my D&D friends before the game and we're having a big discussion about all of it. Of course we know that D&D vastly oversimplifies and romanticizes, but...

          No prob. I'm glad other people similarly enjoyed it. And coincidentally enough, my D&D group also all watched and discussed this video series too! It's partially what inspired some of our latest...

          And coincidentally enough, my D&D group also all watched and discussed this video series too! It's partially what inspired some of our latest homebrew rules: Slashing weapons do extra damage against light/unarmored opponents; Blunt weapons now "sunder", which ignores half the target's AC; And Piercing weapons have less chance to hit but higher crit chance. :P
